“Not recommended!” Melia Purosani Save Review 1 of 5 stars T and T Switzerland 25 contributions Zurich, Switzerland Aug 18, 2008 | Trip type: Couples 5/6 found this review helpful I thought the Melia Purosani could be OK as usually Melia are on 4-5 star level, but this one is definitely not OK: – very old, not renovated at all – rooms are old, windows are not good and you hear every little noise from the street (and yes there is noise!!! I could not sleep at all) – and old carpets that smell strangely – furniture that is out of fashion since some decades – staff does not speak english with very few exceptions – front desk staff unfriendly and arrogant (very unusal for Indonesia) But I must also say that one manager on duty helped me to get my cereals they did not have on stock and he even went to town to buy them – very impressed, but this was an exception.
